It’s just over a year since we packed up milking cows, thought life would be easier but not so, never thought I’d see the day when the missus had me pegging the washing out, the first time I did it I apparently pegged the sheets wrong side up, would you believe you could get sheets wrong side up, you need to have the cut edge to the top, summat to do with the wind getting inside & speeding up the drying, just have to do as I’m told. All this comes after I’ve cleared off the breakfast table when the guests have finished stuffing themselves, then it,s filling up the dish washer, she’ll have me ironing the sheets next just wait & see, don’t know why but she thinks I’ve nowt better to do, why why why did I give up milking.
